Registration fees

Authors of accepted papers register and pay from the link in their acceptance email (or under Manage my submission); the fee of one paper covers its presenting author. Co-authors or accompanying persons registered with the same paper pay the additional-author fee; participants without a paper pay the listener fee after their application is approved. Early fees apply to registrations paid by the end of the early-bird deadline.

All prices include VAT where it applies: 20% Turkish VAT (KDV) for participants resident in Türkiye; no VAT for participants abroad (export of services). No other charges are added.

Rules

• Student fees require a valid student document (for example a student ID or a letter from your university for the current academic year), uploaded when you register. The organizers check it before a card payment; if it is not accepted, the full fee applies.
• One person can present at most 3 papers at this conference. Each paper is registered separately; a second or further paper of the same presenter costs the additional-paper fee.
• Papers are included in the programme only once their registration fee has been paid, by 31 July 2027.
• After payment, every participant registered with a paper receives a receipt and a personal letter of invitation (for visa applications). Participants without a paper receive a receipt and a registration confirmation.

Register without a paper (listener)

You can attend the conference without presenting a paper. The fee is £100.00.

1. Send a short application (name, email, affiliation and country).
2. The organizing committee reviews it; you receive the decision by email.
3. Once approved, you pay from your personal link (card or bank transfer) and receive a receipt and a registration confirmation.

Refund policy

• Cancellation by 31 March 2027: 90% refund
• Cancellation by 31 May 2027: 70% refund
• Cancellation by 15 July 2027: 50% refund
• Cancellation by 31 July 2027: 25% refund
• After 31 July 2027: no refund

To cancel, open your registration page (the link in your acceptance email or registration email) and use “Cancel the registration”. Unpaid registrations are cancelled at once; for paid ones the organizers confirm the cancellation and refund the amount due under this policy to the original payment method, with a credit note.
