2. What you buy
A registration gives the named participant access to the scientific sessions of the conference on the conference dates, the conference materials and the services listed for the chosen fee (for example coffee breaks or meals, when stated on the Registration page). Optional extras (such as additional meals) are included only when chosen and paid. Travel, accommodation and visas are not included and remain the participant's responsibility, even when we recommend partner hotels.
3. Fees, VAT and currency
Fees are shown on the Registration page and before payment. All prices include VAT where it applies: 20% Turkish VAT (KDV) for participants resident in Türkiye, and no VAT for participants abroad (export of services). No further taxes or fees are added. You pay in the currency you choose at registration; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or charges.
Presenting authors pay after their paper has been accepted through peer review. The student rate requires a valid student document, checked by the organizers before a card payment. The early rate applies to registrations paid by the early-bird deadline.
4. Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card on the secure 3-D Secure payment page of iyzico or by bank transfer. Card details are entered on that page and never reach this website. A registration is confirmed when the payment has been received; you then receive a confirmation e-mail and a receipt.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from "Manage my submission" or your registration link, or by e-mail. Refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy. A participant may be replaced by a colleague free of charge until the start of the conference by writing to us; for accepted papers the replacement must be a co-author.
6. Changes and cancellation by the organizer
The programme, speakers and session times may change. If the conference is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, participants may choose a full refund of the fees paid or, when offered, a transfer to the new dates. If the conference moves online, participants who do not wish to attend online receive a full refund. The organizer is not liable for travel or accommodation costs.
7. Visa and invitation letters
Invitation letters are issued for accepted, registered presenting authors on request and do not guarantee a visa. Applying for a visa in time is the participant's responsibility. Documents issued by the organizer carry a verification code; the organizer may confirm to the authorities whether a document is valid and whether a registration is still active.
8. Conduct, recording and liability
Participants are expected to behave respectfully; the organizer may exclude anyone who seriously disrupts the conference, without refund. Photographs may be taken at the conference for reporting; tell the registration desk if you do not want to be photographed. The organizer is liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence; liability for personal belongings is excluded as far as the law allows.
9. Personal data
Personal data are processed as described in the Privacy notice.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or consumer courts of their place of residence or of the transaction, within the monetary limits set each year. Other disputes are settled by the courts of Eskişehir, Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in the participant's country of residence are not affected.
