This form informs you, before you conclude the contract, of the main terms of your purchase, as required by Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Main characteristics of the service
Registration for Econburgh 2027 · XVIII EconWorld Conference, held on 17 August 2027–19 August 2027 at St Leonard's Hall, University of Edinburgh (18 Holyrood Park Road, Edinburgh EH16 5AY, United Kingdom). The registration includes access to the scientific sessions, the conference materials and the services stated for the chosen fee on the Registration page. Travel, accommodation and visas are not included.
3. Price and taxes
Current fees are shown below and at checkout. All prices include VAT where it applies: 20% Turkish VAT (KDV) for participants resident in Türkiye; no VAT for participants abroad (export of services). No other taxes, charges or delivery costs are added. You pay in the currency chosen at registration.

4. Payment
By credit or debit card on the secure 3-D Secure payment page of iyzico; card details never reach this website. By bank transfer; the registration is confirmed when the transfer arrives. Payment is made in full; no instalments.
5. Provision of the service
The service is provided at the venue on the conference dates. The registration confirmation, receipt and related documents (letters of acceptance or invitation, registration confirmation) are e-mailed to the address you give; nothing is shipped. Details: Service delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
As the service relates to an event held on a specific date, Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation is reserved. The seller nevertheless lets you cancel your registration at any time without giving reasons and applies the following refunds:

Send your cancellation from "Manage my submission", from your registration link or by e-mail to econburgh@gmail.com. Refunds are paid within 14 days of approval to the original payment method. If the seller cancels or postpones the conference you may ask for a full refund. Details: Cancellation and refund policy.
7. Complaints and disputes
Send requests and complaints to the seller using the contact details above. Consumers resident in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the consumer court of their place of residence or of the transaction, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.
