A registration is a service provided in person; nothing is shipped.
- Immediately after payment: a confirmation e-mail and a receipt (PDF) are sent to the e-mail address given at registration. Bank transfers are confirmed as soon as the transfer arrives.
- Documents: letters of acceptance, invitation letters (on request, for presenting authors) and registration confirmations are issued as PDFs and can be downloaded again at any time from your registration link. Every document carries a verification code.
- At the conference (17 August 2027–19 August 2027): the service is provided at St Leonard's Hall, University of Edinburgh, 18 Holyrood Park Road, Edinburgh EH16 5AY, United Kingdom. Badges are handed out at the registration desk.
- After the conference: certificates of attendance are e-mailed once attendance has been recorded by the session chairs.
